Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care in accordance with professional standards and facility protocols.
• Monitor and assess patient health, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois.
• BLS/ACLS certification (depending on the specialization).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in one of the specified nursing specialties.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including days or nights, as needed.
