The Director of Quality and Compliance leads a team who is responsible for promoting a culture of improvement within the 4Kids4Families network by monitoring the quality and regulatory compliance of network providers and providers from whom ancillary services are purchased. Responsible for contracting with service providers, conducting routine audits of work being performed, sharing findings with internal and external stakeholders, and partnering with network providers to develop improvement plans.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING

•Oversees collection and execution of contracting documents and requirements with service providers.
•Oversees auditing and monitoring of network providers according to the terms of their contract.
•In coordination with Analytics team, prepares and presents scorecards for individual network providers and the SSCC network.
•Facilitates and oversees performance improvement plans and meetings with service providers.
•Oversees facilitation of CPD training programs and Individual Training Plans,
coordinating with DFPS as needed to meet contract requirements.
•Secures appropriate resources for the CPD training program, including trainers, mentors, consultants, and training material as needed.
•Ensures the maintenance of Individual Training Plan records, including attendance,
training completion, assessments, mentor programming, and competency.
•Conducts internal audits according to agency quality assurance standards.
•Participates in and accommodates external auditors along with providing necessary correction when required.
•Provides regular supervision for staff.
•Is knowledgeable of audit deficiencies and facilitates the correction with the appropriate staff.
•Responsible for operating within an approved budget.
•Performs all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, Arrow policy, and
COA standards.
•Maintains and encourages a healthy staff environment and culture.
•Conducts annual evaluations of appropriate staff members.
•Participates in hiring and termination procedures.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position directly supervises staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Arrow
Child & Family Ministries and 4Kids4Families policies, State and Federal laws and policy and procedures. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance including coaching and future performance development; managers training needs through learning management system; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Maintain quality improvement goals and address at regularly scheduled staff meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND/OR LICENSURE
Bachelor' Degree from accredited college or university required. Master's Degree preferred. At least three (3) to five (5) years of experience working with children in the child welfare industry and two (2) to three (3) years of progressive supervisory and administrative experience. This position is frequently required to operate a motor vehicle.
