Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$94,800.00 - $120,998.79

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's request and sole discretion.

Global Events Marketing Manager
Job Description:
The Global Events Marketing Manager is responsible for strategy, planning and executing compelling events that create meaningful brand experiences and drive business results.
What you will be doing
- This role works closely with the Director and campaigns team to define and support program strategy, recommend new ideas and event opportunities, strengthen overall operational effectiveness, and evaluate event program performance and results
- This position requires collaboration across various internal teams, executive leadership, partners/sponsors, and event vendors
- Work closely with corporate events team for logistics and act as program or content manager for key programs
- Strategy for such programs as SKO, Arrow Tech Summit, Partner Forums and other partner focused events.
- Experience in call of show and event content production
- Program manages and establishes project timelines
- Develops, manages and support Supplier sponsorship programs
- Works with regions or forms project teams to support event execution and facilitates reoccurring meetings to drive project plan and timeline
- Develops guidelines, & enforces the company brand, look and feel to all event marketing programs
- Identifies key global industry events to exhibit in or speaking opportunities
- Tradeshow booth design and tradeshow strategy experience
- Ensures that themes and messages are applied appropriately and consistently
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders, including other marketing groups, sales and product management, to ensure consistency of message and theme is woven into the events
- Evaluates and manages event vendor relationships
- Manages the global virtual event platform
- Adheres to event budgets and communicates with key stakeholders to convey spending limits
- Closes out each event program with timely surveys, reporting, final messaging & ROI measurement
- Comfortable with Commercial, Public Sector and Global events
What we are looking for
- 5 years of event experience, managing large scale physical events and conferences
- Global experience strongly preferred
- Strategic thinker with strong project management skills
- Proven track record of cross functional collaboration
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Results oriented with demonstrated analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and face challenges with ease
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Strong ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to flex as needed
- Ability to manage budgets, including tracking spend and sponsorship revenue
- Familiar with various event software, including Cvent, Hopin
- Ability to travel for events as needed
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business
- Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA), American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), Association of Meeting Professionals (AMPs) certification(s) preferred
