Quality Assurance Analyst IV, Global Payroll Transformation
Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Analyst IV works under limited Management supervision and is a seasoned, experience professional, having built a career in QA over many years. Primary responsibilities are leading the work of SQA Analysts, writing test plans and scripts, performing testing on new software development and changes to existing software ensuring compliance to company standards and end-user requirements.
This position will report to the Global Payroll Transformation Director leading testing activities for the payroll function.
What You'll Be Doing- Leads a centralized QA team in the payroll department focused on improving employee outcomes
- Reviews business requirements and creates detailed test plans, test scenarios and test scripts for manual testing
- Monitors the work completed by junior / contingent QA Analysts, providing guidance and support
- Facilities testing workshops and provides guidance to testers with test case execution and defect identification
- Collaborates with internal HR Technology Team to resolve defects and facilitate retesting
- Reports testing status to project leadership
- What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 7 years of QA experience acting in a leadership position
- 4 year degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years payroll functional experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent collaborative and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
