As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll work directly with our sales team to schedule appointments for potential clients, perform lead-intake by answering inbound phone calls and e-mail, and complete administrative tasks in our CRM software in support of existing Arrow Lift clients. You’ll be the first point of contact for new clients and provide them high-level information about our company and products.
You will also gain a deep understanding of our products and services, and write relevant, relatable content that appeals to our client base. You will contribute high-value blog content, emails, and social posts to various relevant platforms.

Responsibilities
Daily Tasks
- Answer incoming calls from clients with confidence
- Provide high-level information about our products and services
- Document detailed customer data and communications in CRM (customer relationship management) database
- Schedule appointments and communicate with our Sales team members
- Use CRM to complete administrative tasks including updating and maintaining client accounts
- Send outbound mail and email to clients
- Draft, edit and finalize blog content for assigned topics related to our products and services
- Draft, edit and finalize email content for assigned topics related to potential and existing clients
- Design and draft social media posts
- Maintain a pleasant, professional, and courteous demeanor
General Duties
- Occasionally greeting and assisting customers entering our showroom
- Assisting team members as needed and executing any special projects
- Receiving packages from our suppliers, notifying the intended recipients, and occasionally shipping packages
- Other duties as assigned

- Comfortable using a computer: proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn our internal customer relationship management software
- High School or equivalent diploma
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with content/blog writing, or strong written skills
- Experience with LinkedIn, Google MyBusiness, Facebook, Pinterest, and/or Instagram business accounts
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant, sales coordinator, or customer service representative
- Associate’s degree in Communications, Marketing or an adjacent field
