OPERATIONS MANAGER - LONG ISLAND DIVISION - ARROW SECURITY
Position Summary
As part of our operations staff, the Operations Manager will manage the daily operations of our Long Island regional office in providing consistent and exemplary communication and service to our valued client base and security officers. The Operations Manager works in conjunction with operations staff to foster best practices that are compliant with federal/state regulations and is committed to the respect and integrity of our Arrow mission to provide an exceptional client and employee experience.
- 5 years' management experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the guarding industry managing at least 150 officers and a portfolio of at least 30 private clients
- Strong customer service skills, excellent communication skills and experience in client relations
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and mentor a team towards departmental goals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, scheduling software a plus!
