Job Title: Financial Analyst II
Hybrid-On site 2 days a week
Purpose
The Financial Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the Day-to-day FP&A activities of the Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control organization. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, this role will support Finance activities primarily within the site.

The individual will also possess strong business partnership skills and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders. Ultimately a successful candidate will display a balance of hard and soft skills, including the ability to problem solve and respond quickly to changing business needs.

Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day business activities which include tracking of operational spend, headcount and general accounting activities.
- Assist with month-end processes for which include but not limited to creating schedules, reconciliations and assisting with journal entries.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the function to drive operational cost saving initiatives and provide value add insight.
- Support Finance leadership with key business reporting cycles (Latest Best Estimate, Plan Update, Long Range Plan, and Annual Plan).
- Develop and implement dashboards and reports required for business continuity.
- Ad hoc support (creating reports and dashboards) for the *** Biologics Research Drive Manufacturing, Engineering and Contracting business.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Economics required.
- Minimum 4+ years related finance experience preferably within a large organization.
- Strong Excel skills
