Job Description

Position: Syteline System Administrator

Location: 440 S Mclean Blvd Elgin, IL - Onsite

Duration: Full Time Permanent

We are looking for a dedicated Business Systems professional to support our cloud-based ERP system and local software and maintain our local IT hardware. The Business Systems Analyst will be the go-to person for employees with workstation or software issues. With professionalism and a sense of urgency will troubleshoot and resolve issues with users and maintain records for future reference.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administer and support CSI v10.0 (INFOR) ERP system.
• Identify where improvements can and need to be made to better utilize the system.
• Create and/or maintain Cyber Query ERP reporting.
• Set-up and maintain employee workstations including desktops, laptops, monitors, phones, and other equipment.
• Manage software packages for employees based on roles.
• Coordinate updates and or upgrades to minimize downtime.
• Maintain optimal performance for local networks.
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose any issues that come up.
• Abide by corporate IT regulations and policies for online security and business practices.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Graduate required, associates in computer science or other IT related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of IT or Business Systems experience.
• Strong knowledge of full administration of Syteline (INFOR) ERP V10.
• Strong knowledge of internet security and data privacy principals.
• High level diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent Phone and Communication skills.
• Strong Organization Skills.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Certifications in CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified, or other related desired but not necessary.
