HR Compliance:
- Bring your depth of industry experience and exposure to keep our NYC team on track and ensure compliance with NYC employee benefits, legal, and employment regulations.
- Evaluate and improve HR processes to fit the needs of our NYC team.
- Lead the charge in developing and implementing scalable, efficient HR processes that will support the team in our current stage and for the long run.
- Hands-on recruitment of open roles in the NYC office, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Resolve employee issues and conflicts, providing guidance and creative resolution strategies.
- Implement performance management systems that boost engagement and accountability.
- Create a cohesive and inclusive work culture that celebrates diversity and cross-cultural differences.
- Launch initiatives that build strong connections and collaboration among team members.
- Work closely with our global HR team to align with our worldwide HR initiatives.
- Communicate openly with employees at all levels to address concerns, provide support, and foster an atmosphere of open dialogue.
- 4 years of HR Management experience in a startup environment, with a focus on HR management and leadership roles.
- Extensive knowledge of NYC employee benefits, legal/compliance requirements, and industry benchmarks.
- Experience as a recruiter for sales teams.
- Experience working in startup environments and scaling organizations.
- Strong understanding of talent management, performance management, and employee relations best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
