- Support the production management team.
- Performs clerical tasks in the production control function.
- Responsible for chasing overdue works orders and making sure relevant paperwork is passed to stores.
- Prepare a weekly report of older works orders including status, target close date and person responsible.
- Co-ordinate varied tasks generated by a fast-moving production environment.
- Work as a team with all members of staff.
- Achieve personal performance targets as agreed with your line manager.
- To organize workload effectively.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Attend production meetings.
- Review all work orders, checking for accuracy and completeness.
- Complete Non-conforming material (NC) paperwork for discrepant materials.
- Assist in ensuring successful new engineering change orders into manufacturing.
- Record keeping, worksheets, filing, and standard administrative skills.

- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
- High School diploma and 2 years of manufacturing or production control experience
- Skilled in the use of ERP and database level systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office (esp. Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to adapt in work environments.
- Must be able to read, write, and verbally effectively communicate in the business language (English).
- Ability to follow company policy and understand any rules or regulations governing the job and the impact work has on department and company.
