Duties & Qualifications:

AS Solution North America, Inc. (ASNA), located in Buckhead, is seeking a full-time Client Services Accountant. This is a non-traditional accounting role, ideal for a self-starter with great people skills.  This position is an integral part of the client services team and will work with US & International clients and staff.

• Reading and interpreting client contracts
• Invoice labor and expenses based on customized contract terms
• Manage and report on the financial results of each assigned client
• Work closely with Operations to understand trends and changes in each assigned client
• Ensure revenue and costs are recognized in accordance with GAAP
• Review payroll details to confirm professional services costs are allocated properly  

Job Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration required.
• 4+ years of accounting experience required.
• CPA or CPA track preferred.
• Ability to interpret contracts and statements of work for client invoicing.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with Pivot tables and V-Look Ups required.
• Current proficiency in QuickBooks software preferred.
• Professional communication skills and the ability to maintain good working relations with clients, managers and team members.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to exercise good judgment and discretion.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and demeanor under tight deadlines.
