What are the responsibilities and job description for the EXPERIENCED SALES MANAGER NEEDED position at ASAP, INC?
WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED SALES MANAGER. PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN OVERSEEING TEAMS OR OFFICES. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE INTERVIEWING, HIRING AND TRAINING. BUILDING TEAM MORALE AND PRODUCTIVITY. RUNNING DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS. COMPENSATION WILL BE BASE PLUS COMMISSION. Basic responsibilities involve working with customers explaining our green energy products and placing any orders. We represent a Green Energy utility provider. There is a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that is not based on sales or results, but incentives are possible based on performance and attendance. Previous experience is not needed. We provide all the tools and training you will need. Typically our Rep's bring in $800-$1000 weekly.

- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
