Maintenance Technician
Direct Hire & Temp to Hire Positions Available
Day & Night / 8 & 12 Hour Shifts Available
BACKGROUND AND DRUG TEST WILL BE PERFORMED PRIOR TO JOB OFFER
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Must have strong electric knowledge
Trouble shoot basic hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical and process problems with equipment as needed
Perform sufficient records to support the Computerized Maintenance Management Software (EAM) including work orders and parts management
Possess a sense of urgency, accountability, business ethics, professionalism, self-motivation and the desire and focus to improve the business
Interprets and understands plans and specifications, schematics, operating and maintenance manuals for applicable system.
Troubleshoots, repair or replaces control devices such as switches, photo eyes, proximity sensors, pushbuttons, contactors and motor starters
Preforms work order repairs, inspections and adjustments as well as preventative and predictive maintenance tasks.
Sets up and operates metal working equipment such as hand tools, welders, drill press, or grinders.
Monitors and assists outside contractors on / outside the premises.
Ability to stand for 12 hours shift
Working knowledge of PLC's
Food Manufacturing is a plus
