ASAR Digital is currently seeking SAP Project Manager to grow our SAP practice. If you are innovative, focused, and excited about your SAP career, you would love to work at ASAR! The SAP Project Manager will be managing S/4HANA implementations for our customers by delivering strategic projects within a given business strategy to the desired program results: in-scope, on-budget, on-schedule, and consistent with quality standards. The Project Manager has the business and technical acumen and qualifications to manage SAP projects that will deliver value from an SAP S/4 implementation.
- Assign and monitor the work of technical personnel
- Recommend upcoming software trends and strategies to be used in the projects
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
- Responsible for staffing the project with appropriate resources
- Ensure that all projects are on time, ,within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal
- stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation: i.e. spreadsheets, diagrams
- and process maps
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and to be shared with
- clients as well as other staff members
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
- Facilitate and coordinate all project related internal and external meetings
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain and/or improve proficiency
- Take the lead on quantifying and tracking quality control issues
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions and onsite/remote workshops to identify client challenges and define specifications
- Communicate effectively with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical requirements/implementation plan
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across cross-functional & IT teams to meet expected project outcomes
- Prepares status reports and present to customers/client as required
- Approve and analyze weekly timesheets for project team members
