Responsibilities
- Charts interdisciplinary progress notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident,
- Prepares and administers medications/treatments as ordered by the physician;
- Ensures that drug & narcotic records are accurate and kept up to date for each shift; notifies nurse mgr. of all discrepancies; appropriately disposes of drugs & narcotics.
- Assists care plan team in identifying the physical, social, nutritional, spiritual, and activity needs of the residents.
Requirements
- Medical/Surgical, Rehab or Geriatric Nursing. Accepting New Grads
- Current Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse License.
- Current CPR Certification.
Schedule
- 12 hr shifts
- 7am-7pm or 7p-7a
- Every other weekend required
- No call
