Role/Title – Utility Customer Service
Location – Philadelphia, PA 19103
Duration – 12 months (high chance of extension to 24 months)
Note: Hybrid (onsite 3-4 days per week)
Pay Rate- $28/hour
Responsibilities:
- Manager needs candidates with experience in Writing Reports and Regulatory Compliance and Customer Service (outbound) experience.
- Experience handling inquiries from the general public in responding to irate customers, and resolving difficult.
- Capacity to manage multiple accounts under pressure in a time sensitive fast paced environment.
- Mathematical and analytical skills required to compute and interpret customer data billing inquiries (e.g., addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, averages and rates).
Requirements:
- Utility customer service exp – 1-3 yrs, Reconciliations/resolutions background, data billing
- Reconciliations, customer calls, answering and resolving inquiries.
- Microsoft office, Data billing exp
