Federal Financial Business Analyst

We have an opening for a financial business analyst with experience implementing and/or migrating Federal financial management systems.

What you will be doing

Applying knowledge, expertise, and experience in the following areas to support the migration of agency financial operations to a new financial system.

• Business process improvement/automation
• Business system and data analysis
• Financial system migration
• Financial management and planning
• Operations improvement
• Program Management

What you need to be considered for this role (required)

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
• 5 years of related functional experience and at least 3 years of Federal agency experience
• Strong background in business system analysis, business process reengineering, requirements gathering, system testing, operations, and maintenance
• Technical experience specific to federal financial systems: experience migrating or implementing financial systems, business process reengineering and automation
• Ability to build strong relationships and interact with the Client
• Ability to effectively and efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• U.S. Citizenship (and willingness to undergo a background investigation)
