Outreach Liaison
Ascend Healthcare is looking for a self-motivated, fun, outgoing marketer who enjoys networking, outreach, and business development. Our cutting-edge adolescent treatment center operates via relationships with our partners and the community, and an ideal Outreach Liaison will be at home connecting with a diverse group of people ranging from medical and treatment professionals to school counselors & community organizations. National travel is a possibility for the right person.
Responsibilities
· Outreaching to treatment professionals and programs, schools, organizations, etc…
· Tracking outreach in CRM software
· Ongoing development, achievement, and reporting of KPIs
· Optimizing outreach to meet and exceed stated goals
· Attending regular events and conferences in Southern California for the purpose of networking and business development
· Membership and participation in local and national networking organizations
· Give tours of Ascend’s treatment centers to visiting professionals and parents/guardians
· Support the Director of Business Development on major projects
· Helping others find the best treatment for those in need
Required Experience
· A very outgoing personality and comfort speaking with strangers and making professional friends and contacts
· A drive to help those who are struggling with their mental health/substance use, especially teens.
· Bachelor’s degree
Desired Experience
· 1 years of outreach experience within mental health/behavioral health and/or addiction fields
· Experience working with or on behalf of adolescents within the mental/behavioral health field
· Familiarity with customer relationship management software
