Job Summary
This position plays a primary role in managing the relationship and staffing demands of one of the Company’s key clients. The Onsite must be proactive, organized and have an attention to detail for identifying and meeting staffing requirements, as well as managing the employees’ hours and entering payroll. This position is responsible for understanding its client’s operations and ensuring that Ascend Staffing maintains a high level of service to its client. The Onsite Manager is also responsible for managing its own operational budget. This position’s work schedule can fluctuate between five and six days a week and can require various hours and shifts (day/night/swing) weekly.

Onsite Coordinator Essential Functions and Duties
- Execute effective recruiting strategies to maintain a proactive pool of employees to meet large volume staffing needs for ASAP orders
- Run and review internal reports including profit and loss statements and other financial information
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and manage personnel functions at the site
- Manage employees shifts, breaks and meal breaks
- Manage the site’s on call phone to provide 24-hour live response to employees and client
- Facilitate new hire orientations and training with temporary employees
- Drive Ascend Staffing and client-related policies and procedures
- Complete weekly payroll and management of web-based timekeeping systems
- Complete safety inspections and develop safety awareness programs
- Maintain employee files and appropriate new hire and pre-assignment paperwork
- Ensure compliance to the contract between the customer and Intermountain Staffing
- Certifying people to use machinery on site
Onsite Coordinator Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to work schedules that can fluctuate between five and six days a week and can require various hours and shifts (day/night/swing) weekly
- Proficient computer skills including MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and can work with minimum supervision
- Customer service-oriented
- Can multi-task and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Management-level experience is preferred
- Be able to effectively plan, organize, prioritize and multi-task in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certified
