About the Role:
- Need an Optimization Developer to join our Network Planning team.
- This person MUST have experience with linear program optimization, nonlinear and mixed-integer optimization and stochastic modeling.
- They need to have at least 2 years' experience with CPLEX - more so ILOG CPLEX.
- They need to have experience in C, C , Unix, and UNIX shell scripting.
Job Title:
- Optimization Developer
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal clients to identify, define, and resolve a variety of complex business problems and to support various corporate initiatives
- Develop mathematical programming and statistics models
- Build, implement, and test mathematical programming, statistics, and decision support models following software development standards
- Consult with the software development team to derive best solutions for the business
- Strong experience of commercial optimization software
Minimum Qualifications:
- C, C
- Advanced large scale optimization methods
- Experience with the Atlassian suite of products
- Unix, UNIX shell scripting
Location:
- Remote
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $108,000 - $115,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
