About the Role : - Job Title : Sourcing Specialist Key Responsibilities : - Minimum 6 years of proven experience as a Sourcer, with a focus on the aerospace industry.
In-depth knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LI Recruiter, Work-day, etc. Demonstrated expertise in sourcing techniques and best practices, with a track record of successful candidate engagement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey information to candidates and internal stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Highly Desired Skills : Experience sourcing for talent in the cleared space.
Engineering expertise : Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems, Structural, Manufacturing, etc. Location : Remote Salary Range : The salary for this position is between $75000 $87000 annually.
Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
