Job Description
Role: Technical Analyst
Location: Remote (To work as per PST Hours)
Duration: Contract to Hire (6-12 months on contract and the converted to Full Time)
Responsibilities:
- Research and gather technical and business requirements.
- Analyze existing technological systems to understand and document inter and intra systems interactions.
- Conduct gap analyses.
- Propose solutions to business and technical problems.
- Create/Update Technical documentation.
- Convert business requirements into technical specifications.
- Create diagrams for concepts like processes, system designs, database models, logical and physical architecture.
- Ensure requirements and specification traceability.
- Create/update Support documentation
Requirements:
- Experience in professional capacity in Information Technology field
- Experience as Technical Analyst or similar role
- Experience with Training Management and/or Airline Industry a plus. Diagraming, modeling (e.g., UML)
- Office Suite
- Visio or similar diagramming/modeling tool (e.g., Mirro)
- Database queries/reporting (SQL, Informix)
- Technical writing
- Software development (able to read code) a plus
