About the Role:
- We are looking for a full-time Family Law Associate Attorney to join the leading client.
- The position offers the flexibility to work primarily from home, with occasional office attendance required for client meetings, deadlines, and other essential matters.
Responsibilities:
- Receive assignments from multiple partners and independently prioritize tasks, managing multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Represent clients in court and handle various family law hearings independently.
- Communicate effectively and discreetly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, consultants, etc., both individually and as part of a team.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, orders, correspondence, and other documents.
Education Qualification:
- JD degree from an accredited law school
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated legal research and writing abilities
- Knowledge of applicable laws and court procedures
