Job Title: RPA Developer (Robocorp Specialist)

Location: Detroit MI

Duration: 6 Months

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with a strong focus on BOT development using Robocorp, along with proficiency in Python and SQL. The ideal candidate will have experience in object-oriented programming and a solid understanding of various RPA platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• BOT Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions using Robocorp.
• Programming & Scripting: Utilize Python, SQL, and t .Net (VB and C#) or VBA, Java Scripting to build efficient and scalable automation processes.
• Web Services Integration: Work with JSON/XML to interact with web services as part of the automation processes.
• Project Management: Manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team to deliver projects within defined timelines.
• Tools Proficiency: Leverage Office tools (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) for project documentation and reporting.
• Problem-Solving & Analytics: Apply strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and enhance the performance of automation solutions.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding across the board.
• Project Methodologies: Adapt to various project delivery methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in RPA development.
• Robocorp Expertise: 3 years of hands-on experience with Robocorp and Automation Anywhere.
• Programming Skills: Proficient in object-oriented programming using .Net (VB and C#) or VBA, and scripting in Python.
• Web Services: Familiarity with web service interactions using JSON/XML.
• Office Proficiency: Strong use oOffice productivity tools, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and improve existing processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• RPA Platforms: Experience with other RPA platforms like Blue Prism, Pega Robotics OpenSpan, or similar.
• Project Methodologies: Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and other project delivery methodologies.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $85000- $90,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
