What are the responsibilities and job description for the CRE - Credit Analyst position at Ascendo Resources?
We're looking for a Commercial Credit Analyst to assist our client, a bank, in the commercial banking division. The ideal candidate has prior experience performing credit analysis, underwriting and risk mitigation while working with corporate account in the credit department of a private bank. Day to Day Duties Responsible for the underwriting and credit analysis of Commercial Real Estate Loans. Preparing & presenting Credit Approval Memorandums for new and existing loans and annual reviews. Analyzes borrowers business methods of operations, the operational environment, financial condition, and operating performance to determine borrowers ability to pay on loans. Performing due diligence when mitigating risk and identifying sources of repayment. Performing sensitivity analysis, industry data analysis, and project analysis. Prepare or review all aspects of credit memos including credit analysis, collateral cash flow analysis and debt service coverage ratios. Other duties as they pertain to the role Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or relevant field required MBA (Preferred) 3 or more years of experience working as a credit analyst in corporate finance, investment banking, or commercial real estate space. Bilingual in English & Spanish Great attention to detail and ability to analyze data effectively
