Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Manager provides administrative support to the Human Resources department, with an emphasis on recruitment for Logansport Plant. Advises employees and supervisors regarding employee relations and policy administration. Performs general human resources functions that include, staffing, benefits, employee relations and retention.
Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.
Guiding management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organizational values.
Direct the human resources department in accordance with current applicable, federal state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as directed by the Administrator, to assure that quality personnel are interviewed, trained, and employed.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Business
2. 10 years or above HR related experience, preferable in Automotive industry
3. Familiar with organization restructure strategy will be a plus
4. PC knowledge including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
