Job Description
Entry Level!
- Computer technicians will be able to offer remote support and perform hands-on work at office or off site, ensuring software, hardware.
- . Technical skills needs will be dependent on high level of troubleshooting.
- Being able to run diagnostic software, handle software security updates ensuring computers are safe and secure for customer.
- Customer service and listening skills needed to understand a customer's problem so we can help them, even when they are frustrated.
- Problem-solving skills are paramount to diagnose hardware and software issues along with resolution
- Troubleshooting issues with resolution and repairs ·
- Tune-up and Virus removal ·
- Load operating system & New computer set-up ·
- Break Fix – remove and repair Power Supplies, RAM, Hard Drives, etc.
- Installation of software, printers and proprietary solutions ·
- Remote Support for customers computers.
