What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Office Assistant position at Ascendo Resources?

We are in urgent need of a capable Office Assistant to perform various Administrative Duties and assist our Property Management Team.

The ideal candidate is a good multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has exceptional Microsoft Excel skills.

Job Duties:

  • Answer phones in a professional manner and inform team/management of any owner/association communications.
  • Organize and maintain office records, process applications, and prepare work orders.
  • Assist in ordering supplies, prepare and follow up on compliance letters and documentation of issues.
  • Respond professionally to owner’s communications in a timely manner.

Skills and Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong Microsoft Office (especially Excel) skills.
  • Personable, willing-to-learn, organized, and a strong multi-tasker.
  • Interest in the world of property management a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ponte Vedra, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
