We are in urgent need of a capable Office Assistant to perform various Administrative Duties and assist our Property Management Team.
The ideal candidate is a good multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has exceptional Microsoft Excel skills.
Job Duties:
- Answer phones in a professional manner and inform team/management of any owner/association communications.
- Organize and maintain office records, process applications, and prepare work orders.
- Assist in ordering supplies, prepare and follow up on compliance letters and documentation of issues.
- Respond professionally to owner’s communications in a timely manner.
Skills and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong Microsoft Office (especially Excel) skills.
- Personable, willing-to-learn, organized, and a strong multi-tasker.
- Interest in the world of property management a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
