Responsibilities

This is a mostly on-site position

This role falls within one of The Resource Group's Integrated Communities. Like many organizations, these communities are necessary in maintaining the integrity and evolution of critical business functions. Integrated Communities within The Resource Group provide support across The Resource Group solution offerings to strengthen business continuity, increase growth, and enhance customer experience.

 

As an Analyst II, you will provide robust data analysis to support the delivery of local and national resource and supply management contracts. Your work will ensure maximum contracted savings are achieved at a national and local level. Additionally you will provide ad-hoc support for project and process development across The Resource Group. This position will provide appropriate consultative services via written and verbal communications and financial analysis to The Resource Group leadership

Responsibilities 

  • Support stakeholders with financial analysis, project management, reporting, and measuring of data/statistics
  • Develop support tools using advanced Excel and/or Access skills for implementation support and tracking and reporting of performance metrics for facility supply expense improvement initiatives
  • Interpret data concerning financial trends and economic and business forecasts as they relate to the performance metrics and provide recommendations to leadership.
  • Consult and advise stakeholders regarding contract impact 
  • Assist in development of internal controls and validation of supply chain rebates
  • Assist in development, analysis and evaluation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), quotes, bids and reverse auction contracting strategies

Requirements

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
