Customer Service Representative Fetal Center 
Hours: Monday -Friday 7:40-4:30pm
Location: Medical Park Tower/ Dell Pavilion in April Grand Opening 
Specialty: Women's Health/ Fetal Center

What You Will Do


Perform a variety of customer service functions.

referrals, check in and out, phones, scheduling Working with 2 fetal specialist physicians. We are the only Fetal Center in Central Texas. 

  • Handle customer service inquiries and problems.
  • Provide orientation and education for various types of equipment to customers. May also include instructions on patient owned repairs.
  • Use systems for tracking, information gathering, or troubleshooting.
  • Respond to inquiries and may refer customers to secondary sources.
  • Maintain records as appropriate.

What You Will Need


  • High school diploma or GED required.


  • Women's Health experience current or prior
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred 
  • Customer service experience in a medical office setting preferred
