What You Will Do
AMITA Health is looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology for our growing practice in Chicago.
This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with AMITA Health to provide medical services to patients.
Position Highlights:
- Saints Mary & Elizabeth MEdical Center in Ukrainian Village area of Chicago; Our 495-bed medical center provides comprehensive services including primary care, cancer care, behavioral health, orthopedics and rehab, cardiology, imaging, midwifery and obstetrics, emergency services, surgery and more.
- Call responsiblity is 1:5 rotation
- two clinic locations as part of this growing group

What You Will Need
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Credentials are verified by local staff credentialing office.
Preferred Credential(s):
• Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA).
Education:
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
