Ascension Medical Group is looking for a dynamic Internal Medicine trained physician to join the Hospitalist group at Elmbrook Memorial Hospital in Brookfield, WI.

Ascension Medical Group is looking for a dynamic Internal Medicine trained physician to join the Hospitalist group at Elmbrook Memorial Hospital in Brookfield, WI.  

Opportunity

• 24/7model with 7 days on/7 days off 
• Average census 12-18 patients per day, which includes Admissions and Follow-ups
• Physician friendly environment
• Great working relationship with Emergency Department Physicians
• Collegial Hospitalist Team comprised of 10 Physicians and 1 NP
• Nights rotated equally amongst Hospitalist Team
• Approximately 28 nights per year
• Great Specialist Support
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

• 10 Bed Open ICU with Intensivist support

Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
Preferred Credential(s):
• Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA). Verified by local Credentialing Office.

Education:
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Optometry (OD) or Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) required.
