What You Will Do

Fulltime, Days, Mon - Fri, 8 am -5 pm

 

Develop and lead the implementation of policies, procedures and initiatives for assigned services.

  • Work collaboratively with insurance partners and clinic/hospital partners in developing Population Health programs.
  • Develop service area goals and standards consistent with medical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements of the health care delivery system.
  • Plan, organize and direct activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating and continuing education initiatives.
  • Prepare service area budget and ensures that department operates within allocated funds. Coordinate and directs internal and external driven audits.

What You Will Need

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
  • Master's degree preferred.

Work Experience:

  • 5 years of experience required.
  • 10 years of experience preferred.
  • 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
  • 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
