What You Will Do
Fulltime, Days, Mon - Fri, 8 am -5 pm
Develop and lead the implementation of policies, procedures and initiatives for assigned services.
- Work collaboratively with insurance partners and clinic/hospital partners in developing Population Health programs.
- Develop service area goals and standards consistent with medical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements of the health care delivery system.
- Plan, organize and direct activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating and continuing education initiatives.
- Prepare service area budget and ensures that department operates within allocated funds. Coordinate and directs internal and external driven audits.
What You Will Need
Education:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
- Master's degree preferred.
Work Experience:
- 5 years of experience required.
- 10 years of experience preferred.
- 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
- 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
