We are actively seeking a highly productive problem solver who values effectiveness and enjoys taking ownership of their scope of work.
The ideal candidate will have an innate desire to keep to-do lists short while not getting discouraged when they grow long.
This person will be highly organized and will naturally take will take a systematic approach to everything they do. The ability to multi-task and prioritize is a must for this very important role.
You will act as the single point of contact for business owners and their financial team facilitating the termination of their 401K and / or Defined Benefit Plans.
You will be supported by your manager as well as multiple teams who will perform tasks for you throughout the process of terminating each plan.
You will not be doing it all yourself start to finish, we have a specialized system in place, but you are overseeing and managing that process.
Your characteristics include the ability to :
- Work in a fast-paced environment while managing your own time.
- Accurately assess a situation, determine what is needed and come up with an effective solution.
- See the big picture while understanding the steps necessary to create or maintain momentum.
- Clearly and effectively communicate with clients, educating them and setting expectations about what is required of them.
- Stay organized amongst multiple workflows happening simultaneously.
Useful experience and knowledge :
- Retirement industry experience particularly with Defined Benefit plans.
- Experience managing and providing service to high-net-worth individuals.
- Retirement plan termination experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred but not required.
