PROJECT COORDINATOR

SUMMARY:
The Project Coordinator facilitates collaboration between internal stakeholders. This position drives and supports various projects to implement regional and global support, and contributes to other sales initiatives. This position will manage administrative efforts, interact with internal and external parties, and support scheduling and general communication for the North America Region.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide project coordination and administrative skills for the North America Market.
- Partner with marketing and sales and other departments in generating tools, training, and marketing collateral.
- Serve as a key liaison between internal corporate departments (Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, etc.).
- Oversee regional marketing implementation, localization, and execution.
- Plan and maintain distributor communications, calendar items, deadlines, and other scheduling events.
- Involved in intense problem solving and critical thinking to resolve issues and further market development.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years' experience in international, marketing, or related.
- Demonstrates strong follow-up and attention to detail with market coordination and related projects.
- Able to work independently while keeping team well informed of issues or market needed support.
- Ability to collaborate with both local and international cross-functional teams to ensure deliverable quality.
- Excellent relationship building and communications skills.
- Ability to operate without close supervision and handle significant time and other pressures.
- Direct Sales, MLM, or Network Marketing industry a plus.
- Proficient in smart sheets, excel, powerpoint or keynote, and Microsoft office.
