What You'll Do:
The Senior Program Analyst will support NAVAIR's Missiles Program Office (PMA-259). This program office is responsible for the acquisition, development, and sustainment of missile systems. In this role, you will provide overarching engineering support for surface-launched interceptors, and liaison with PMA-259 program management, logistics, test and evaluation, and with Raytheon Missile Systems.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Providing NAVAIR with dedicated support regarding Surface-to-Air (S/A) weapons development, including integration and testing of various interceptors on multiple surface launch platforms
- Performing requirements definition, acquisition planning, and project execution in accordance with DoDI 5000.2 for end-to-end development and fielding of Surface-to-Air weapons in support of US Army Point Defense missions
- Providing FMS support for weapon systems by liaising with NIPO, briefing the TSC, and conducting DEF analysis and planning
- Position may require flexibility in working hours

Requirements
Who You Are:
- You have an engineering degree from an ABET-accredited college or university (required)
- You have at least 10 years of engineering experience supporting a missile program (required)
- Prior experience supporting an Army program is a plus
- Experience supporting a missile test program is a plus
