ASG is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) CPI Education and Outreach project.
What You Will Do:
- Assist in the planning, organizing, and coordinating of project activities and resources.
- Help develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other project-related materials.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Manage project documentation and ensure it is accurate and up to date.
- Participate in meetings with the Project Manager and other team members to discuss project updates, issues, and strategies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
Requirements
What We Need:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as project management, business administration, or healthcare administration.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in healthcare or government contracting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
Even Better:
- PMP Certification.
- Background in Medicare or Healthcare Program Integrity.
- Knowledge of CMS programs and policies is a plus.
Clearance:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Position of Public Trust.
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
