Duties and Responsibilities
Provide program support including purchasing equipment and supplies, typing letters and evaluations, travel arrangements and registration for faculty and travel reimbursement.
Utilize Castle Branch and My Clinical Exchange to maintain current student information including background checks and drug screenings.
Provide health science information to students, employees and accrediting bodies.
Assist students in understanding the selective admission applications process.
Represent health sciences at recruitment events.
Reconcile budgets for the health sciences area and align expenditures and income for Culinary Arts and Cosmetology.
Purchase, schedule post fees and proctor HESI exams for nursing and certification exams for surgical technology.
Maintain computer lab schedule for all nursing exams.
Maintain Memorandum of Agreements.
Maintain Accreditation Information.
Other Duties as Assigned.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
The successful applicant will have an associate’s degree and a minimum of two years of applicable experience. Strong customer service, organizational and computer skills are a must. Prefer and applicant with previous experience in healthcare.
