THIS IS AN OVERNIGHT SHIFT TUESDAY-SATURDAY 11PM-7:30AM

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests/residents/clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Provide information on the hotel/residential building/office complex facilities and services.
- Assist guests/residents/clients with inquiries, reservations, and special requests.
- Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, and event tickets as per the guests' preferences.
- Handle incoming calls and emails promptly and courteously.
- Maintain the lobby/reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guests' needs and requests.
- Address and resolve any guest/resident/client complaints or issues effectively and tactfully.
- Ensure the security and privacy of guests' information and belongings.
- Stay updated on local events and activities to provide recommendations and suggestions to guests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A positive and friendly attitude, with a genuine desire to assist others.
- Proficiency in handling basic computer applications.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Multilingual skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Overnight shift
