Job Description
- Schedule is 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and every other weekend.
- Position is primarily prepping vegetables for all departments of dining services such as diced peppers, sliced onions etc.
- Stocks and maintains raw ingredients for the student dining salad bar.
- Assembly of salads etc. for catered functions.
- May be required to work other positions based on staffing needs.
Required Qualifications
- HIgh volume production facility
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent knife skills with high production
Physical Demands
- Standing long periods
- Lift up to 40 lbs.
