Sales Manager in Training (MIT)

Job Purpose: Ensure each guest receives an amazing retail experience.

Retail Sales Professional Job Duties:

  • Earning potential of $40,000 to $70,000 or more, per year based on sales and performance.
  • Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by addressing guest concerns quickly and efficiently.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and sharing best practices with peer group.
  • Developmental role. Invest time in learning responsibilities of store leadership.
