What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative position at Ashley HomeStore?
We are looking to add to our sales team! Our company is growing and expanding, therefore we are searching for a full-time retail sales representative to help us assist our ever growing customer base! Daily duties include, but are not limited to: Selling furniture and bedding, greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service. Following up with current, past, and potential customers is also a vital duty of a retail sales representative. Cleaning and maintaining the showroom and keeping displays fresh and inviting is also required. Applicants must be self-motivated, reliable, sociable, outgoing, positive, and teachable. Sales experience is welcome, but not required, we will train and educate. Compensation is hourly wage and/or commission. Applicants must be able to work weekends.
