Job Description:
At least 3 years relevant experience required.
Support construction schedules as directed by the Construction Project Manager.
Provide Job in Progress and QC/QA Reports.
Experience with site acquisition/entitlement background PREFERRED
Excellent excel skills required and will be tested as part of interview
Knowledge of project management processes a plus
This is an office position.
No approved expenses.
Skillset Matrix
Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc) - Standard Microsoft tools – Outlook, etc.
MS Excel
Client databases – particularly Magenta Built, BAT, Talon.
What does a typical day look like? (daily tasks) - Weekly vendor calls for status, updates, and issues.
Preconstruction review.
BOM creation, updates, review.
Permit status tracking.
NTP creation and tracking of status.
Updates from soft cost team on entitlement status and issues.
Issue site resolution.
Magenta Built forecasting and actualizing.
SCOP review and approval. Some interaction with Operations on SCOP review.
Change Request updates / approvals.
Preferred background/prior work experience?
Experience with client Development and our systems (EX: Magenta Built) is preferred / beneficial.
General knowledge and experience of wireless development projects.
Experience with Operations or specifically back-up generators is a plus.
Priority soft skills - Database management and reporting.
STRONG EXCEL SKILLs. Specifically, the ability to look up and combine data between different readouts. (EX: tools, functions such as VLOOKUP).
