Responsibilities Patrolling all areas of the property and parking lots, securing doors, and ensuring the safety of all individuals on the premises Securing property during move-in/out of all shows, concerts, events, etc. Conducts routine property walks throughout the facility Conducts inspections and audits to assure the quality of service to personnel Interacts with the public and all levels of management and fellow employees professionally Appropriately deals with "unruly" people Works independently, and judges and assesses situations for immediate response Responds to emergency situations Creates reports for all incidents that occur on premise Ability to work morning, day, and overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays All other duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications A minimum education level of a High School Diploma or its equivalency 2 years of related work experience An understanding of the rule of law and relevant penal codes. Ability to represent the Security Department in an exemplary manner. Ability to maintain good business relations with all the employees & managers in other departments. Ability to effectively perform in crises and work under pressure without loss of composure. Ability to memorize, recollect, and quickly retrieve relevant information. Ability to interact effectively and calmly with angry or emotional patrons, etc. during intensely aggravated circumstances. Ability to maintain patron, employee, and company confidentiality.
