Beverage Supervisor

POSITION: Beverage Supervisor DEPARTMENT: Food & Beverage REPORTS TO: Food & Beverage Manager FLSA STATUS: Part-Time Essential Duties and Responsibilities Inventory all beverage products and dry goods Maintain a clean liquor cage Turn in what needs to be ordered for upcoming shows Work with vendors for repairs when needed Turn in bar inventory for each location pre-event Set all bar locations Supervise barbacks to ensure stock is being put in the suitable locations Create batch recipes Set up POS and ensure they are working for an upcoming show Help supervisor concessions as needed Help to troubleshoot POS during the event Supervisor bartenders during events Close bars and enter numbers into POS Auditing bars Supervisor and help barbacks clean the bar location post-event Maintain clean equipment and bars As other duties assigned Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must successfully pass a driving record and criminal background check Must be at least 18 years of age Excellent customer service skills Physical capability to lift, push up to 50 lbs., stoop, bend, climb stairs and work at heights up to 21 stories, and operate cleaning equipment as required. The position is often exposed to adverse conditions such as fumes, dust, noise, wet floors, etc. Able to stand for long periods, up to 18 hours Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Bossier City ABO & LACT required Education and Experience High School diploma or equivalent Skills Have essential capabilities in interpersonal skills, memory, attention to detail, following directions, comprehension, calculating, reading, writing, speaking, evaluating, mathematics, organizing, and innovation. Knowledge -- of the methods, tools, materials, and equipment; applicable safety codes and regulations. Communication Skills -- good oral, written, and listening skills; pays close attention to details. Customer Focus -- dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; establishes and maintains effective relationships while gaining their trust and respect.
