Marketing Operations Intern

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Intern to be a part of our team! As a Marketing Operations Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing team with a focus on marketing operations and strategy. You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize marketing processes. This internship offers exposure to various aspects of marketing operations, including data analysis, campaign management, and marketing technology. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Marketing Duties: Support the marketing department in daily administrative tasks. Create and edit photo, video and graphic content for social media using Adobe Suite, native platforms, and other software. Monitor and report on analytics for social media accounts, website, and email. Help research social trends and brainstorm ideas for advertisement. Assisting on projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Operations Duties: Assist with day-to-day operations tasks, including but not limited to: Inventory management and tracking Order processing and fulfillment Logistics coordination Data entry and analysis Support the operations team in identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations across departments. Assist with other operational tasks and projects as needed. Desired Qualifications and Skills Completion of undergraduate sophomore or junior year at an undergraduate college or university working towards a 4-year degree preferably in Marketing or Business. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail- orientated and can efficiently multi-task. Ability to adapt and learn quickly. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
