Description

ASN Constructors is a joint venture of three international contractors (Acciona, Shikun & Binui and North American Construction Group) who will work with the Metro Flood Diversion Authority and other area stakeholders to build a historic project that will protect the citizens of the Fargo-Moorhead area from flood waters from the Red River. The Admin Procurement Officer is responsible for processing of all Orders in the ERP Procurement Software (SEO) and other administrative procurement tasks of the Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan Area Flood Risk Management Project - Diversion Channel and Associated Infrastructure Works. The incumbent will report to and be under the supervision and direction of the Procurement Manager. The incumbent will also be trained in SEO system by ASN Constructors.

Responsibilities

* Processing all the Purchase/Rental Orders, Subcontracts, Services Agreements of the Project within the system

* Preparing and follow up the Awarding Proposals in the system

* Record and tracking of all Purchase requisitions (Needs of Request)

* Suppliers registration and Qualification process follow up

* Coordination with Cost Control department to support the Cost Control Module

* Coordination with the Finance Department to support the Finance module

* Preparation of the Procurement reports

* Other procurement administrative tasks

* Performs other duties as assigned.


Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Ability to build positive working relationships within all the project departments to achieve the best possible results for the project

* Intermediate User of MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)

* Good record keeping and administration.

* Good time management skills.

* Good interpersonal skills.

* Good people management skills.

* Good teamwork, organizational and communication skills.

* Ability to operate under pressure and to meet tight and demanding deadlines.


Qualifications:

* Minimum 3 years' experience working in a similar role with the experience with procurement ERP software (SAP ARIBA or similar)

* Experience working within a P3/Design-Build Environment would be preferred but not essential.


WORK ENVIRONMENT

* This position is an office position which will include work at a desk and use of email, Microsoft Office, and various other software as required.
