The Sushi Chef at our restaurant is responsible for creating fresh, delicious sushi and keeping the sushi bar stocked. A successful candidate will have experience working in a busy restaurant environment and must be highly detailed oriented. The ideal candidate will have experience working in high-volume environments as well as previous experience preparing sushi.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of sanitation in the kitchen.
- Be knowledgeable of different sushi preparations.
- Be dedicated to serving the freshest sushi possible.
- Keep up-to-date with new sushi trends, developments, and recipes.
- Communicate with sushi chefs and restaurant staff to ensure food quality and customer satisfaction.
- Follow health and safety regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
