This job is based in Lakewood, CO. This is a mobile on-the-go kind of job. You'll be working in a small team.

What You Do As a Marketing Team Lead:

• You will Door to Door Canvas our target neighborhoods where we roof a lot of houses. This includes talking to customers at their house and offering free roof inspections to homeowners who clearly need our help.
• You spend at least a few hours every week in training. We are very focused on training and developing our team members.
• This includes classroom training, role playing, personal growth and performance training, one on one coaching, etc...

As you grow and succeed in your position, there are many other marketing opportunities available including:

• Business to Business Relationship Development
• Networking with other professionals, trades, real estate agents, property managers, etc...
• Social media management and marketing
• Setting up appointments and beginning the sales process
• Community involvement, engagement, and projects
• Events like home shows, golf tournaments, social sponsorships

Compensation:

Base pay + Commissions: Our marketing team leader make between $800-$2,000 per week on average.

Base Salary: $800 per week

Bonuses: $50 per estimate set

Required Work Hours: 40 Hours per week of Door Knocking + 5 Hours of Training and Development
