What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper/Porter position at Aspen Square Management?
Aspen Square Management, one of the nation’s largest Property Management firms, seeks a Groundskeeper/Porter to join our team in the greater Atlanta area! We currently have an opening at Legacy at West Cobb in Marietta, GA.
We know that our grounds team members play a very important role in our marketing success. If you are hardworking, self-motivated, have a keen eye for detail, and possess a “whatever it takes” attitude – we want to hear from you!
Job Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must have “Whatever it takes” mentality
- Willing to do any kind of clean-up work
- Experience operating a blower and pressure washer, preferred
- Basic maintenance and repair knowledge
